Elevator bucket truck forSte 100TJJ

Now Socage is able to reach new goals at high altitudes, taking on challenges up to a height of 100 meters. The forSte 100TJJ is a elevator bucket truck telescopic with a JIB that can be installed on trucks with a minimum 52 tons GVW. This model is equipped with a second jib that allows to perform maneuvers. That would not be possible with a basket with a single JIB.

It is able to reach a maximum working height of 99,50m and a side reach of 40,5m with 350kg. With a maximum loading capacity of 600kg. (6 operators + tools).

As standard, this model is equipped with an LCD display (7″) that allows the operator to control various information of the equipment. Including: the 2D working area, the status of the limiter, the status of the outriggers, etc. The 100TJJ Truck Mounted Telescopic Platform is also equipped with the multi-zone stabilization system. Enabling the operator to choose from a variety of options depending on the space available for the vehicle. The rear crossbars are composed of 2 hydraulic extensions that increase the stabilization area and therefore the maximum performance of the equipment.

The emergency controls are radio-controlled so the operator can choose the best position and the best visibility point during the manoeuvre. Thanks to the 700º rotation of the aerial part, long downtimes during work are avoided.

The rotation of the basket is 90°+90° with the possibility to manually rotate the secondary jib to work on the opposite side and cover 360° of work. It also allows a great versatility of positioning for the work. The size of the aluminum basket is 2300 x 900 x h 1100 mm, with the possibility to expand hydraulically to 3600 mm to increase the working space.
