Socage at Platformers' Days 2018

Socage at Platformers’ Days 2018 : the company will be present with two new telescopic aerial platforms of the E-Series: 20 T and 20 TJ.
The event will take place at Hohenroda on 14th and 15th September 2018. At the lifting exhibition in Germany the company from Modena will present two of its new telescopic platforms, the 20T and 20TJ very suitable for demanding German market.
This innovative products built by Socage are characterized by an important technological advancement. During the design phase, the company’s technical office focused on the construction of an ultra light and more resistant boom.
It can be said that the research conducted was a success. On one side the achievement of the objective of greater lightness allowed to maximize the performance and on the other to reduce considerably the overall weight of the platform.
The weight reduction of the new telescopic range allows you to install these platforms on any vehicle and with any optional without saturating the truck PTT, leaving the user enough room to load equipment and various materials. Compared to the previous telescopic range, the hydraulic controls have been replaced with the electric ones that guarantee greater maneuverability, sensitivity and precision of the movements at height.
Particularly during the Platformers’ Days 2018 it will be possible to see and to test the Socage 20T telescopic platform.
On this occasion the set-up will be on Nissan Cabstar, with HE + H stabilization, i.e. with the front stabilizers which open hydraulically and the rear ones between the mirrors.
The features of this installation are a working height of 19,60 m and an outreach of 13.90 m, with a load capacity of 300kg. Specifically, the platform that will be exhibited at the Platformers’ Days will be equipped with automatic stabilization, basket stabilization, automatic closing and hydraulic extensions.
This platform is also available in standard version with silhouette stabilization and lower performance.
In this occasion it will be possible to discover the characteristics of the 20 meters telescopic platform with jib of Socage, the 20TJ. Produced both in the standard version, ie with ME + H stabilization, and in the extreme version. During the German event you’ll be able to try the most performing version, the extreme version. The latter has a working height of 19.50 m, an outreach of 13.70 m with a 300 kg capacity load. The famous X-Factor frame, patented by Socage, is ultra-light and hydraulic extensions allow very high performance while remaining within the 3, 5 Ton of PTT. The platform will also be equipped with the plus package with automatic stabilization both from the ground and from the basket and automatic closing.
